Tiitus helped me with enormously in job search! Updating the CV and sending multiple job applications was unsuccessful and frustrating. Luckily I found Tiitus! Potential jobs are on the screen one after the other and the application was just a couple of clicks away! I was hooked to browsing and I started getting interesting jobs right away. The same day, employers called me and called for an interview. Beyond belief! I quickly found a job that was just right for me but I will still be browsing job for fun and ease of use! Today I am thinking of how job search can be so challenging in 2017?

Tiitus auttoi minua työnhaussa valtavasti! CV:n päivittäminen ja lukuisien työhakemusten lähettäminen tuloksetta oli puuduttavaa, onneksi löysin Tiituksen! Potentiaalisia työpaikkoja tulee ruudulle yksi toisensa jälkeen ja hakeminen oli parin painalluksen päässä! Jäin koukkuun selailuun ja aloin pian hakemaan mielenkiintoisia työpaikkoja. Jo samana päivänä työnantajat soittivat minulle ja kutsuivat haastatteluun. Uskomatonta! Löysin nopeasti itselleni juuri sopivan työn, mutta Tiitusta tulee selailtua edelleen huvin ja helppokäyttöisyyden vuoksi! Nykyisin mietinkin, miten työnhaku voi olla niin haastavaa vuonna 2017!? Mikseivät kaikki käytä vaan Tiitusta?

I was just graduating as a bachelor of economics last spring, and I decided to come up with new challenges for work. At the same time news paper Kauppalehti published an article about the digital job search application Tiitus. I decided to try it out. Unlike other recruitment channels in Tiitus you are able to apply all jobs you are interested with the one and same profile. You don’t have to go through a heavy applying process every single time. I received several job interview requests in my field and got a job as B2B Sales Specialist at startup company called Salesframe in Helsinki. All in all the use of Tiitus I had really good experience when using the app and I recommended it to my friends.

Olin viime keväänä juuri valmistumassa kauppatieteiden kandidaatiksi ja päätin lähteä hakemaan uusia haasteita töiden osalta. Samoihin aikoihin Kauppalehti julkaisi artikkelin digitaalisesta työnhakusovelluksesta, Tiituksesta, ja päätin ottaa sen kokeiluun. Toisin kuin muissa rekrytointikanavissa, Tiituksessa pystyy hakemaan yhdellä profiililla kaikkiin työpaikkoihin, eikä tarvitse käydä raskasta tietojen täyttämisrumbaa joka kerta läpi. Sain useita oman alan työhaastattelujapyyntöjä, ja pääsin B2B Sales Specialistiksi nousevaan Sales Enablement -toimialan ohjelmistotaloon Salesframeen Helsingin Punavuoreen. Kaiken kaikkiaan, Tiituksen käytöstä jäi todella hyvä maku sen vaivattomuuden ja helppouden takia, ja olenkin suosittelut sen käyttöä kavereilleni.

In my opinion the app was very easy to use and the profile was easy and quick to make. After applying to my current job they sent me a message via the app and I agreed on a job interview and which means that the service had performed its part at an excellent stage. I used the app for a couple of months and the job was found more conveniently and faster than using the traditional route. I recommend this service as it reaches and brings together jobseekers and employers considerably faster and gives both parties accurate information on both interests.
